30-Day Trial Terms and Conditions
Thank you for considering our Free 30-day trial offer for GPSlogix vehicle tracking and monitoring system. By requesting shipment of a GPSlogix vehicle tracking device you (“Participant”) agree to the following terms and conditions for the trial:
Trial Period: The trial period is for 30 days from the date Participant receives the device.
Eligibility: The trial offer is open to businesses and organizations within the United States who are interested in using GPSlogix vehicle tracking and monitoring system for their fleet management needs.
Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of $85 will be held on a credit card provided by the Participant. The deposit will be applied if the device is not returned or is damaged during the trial period. Your account will be credited the full amount of $85 within 5 days of receipt of the device if it is returned in working order.
Credit toward purchase: The damage deposit will be credited toward the purchase of the device or the monthly service fee if the Participant continues with ongoing service after the trial period.
Device Return: The Participant is responsible for returning the device at the end of the trial period. The device must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
